What serviceS??
Was in class eating and trying to do work at the same time IM-ing brother of 3 and also updating blog. :pYesterday, was at home almost the whole day. Went to eat Pizza at Lot 1. Actually o does not want to name the store but i really got to name due to some reason. Went there get our order done. The staff told us the soup of the day and there is cream of chicken. So ordered a Pizza meal and a baked rice meal too. In the end when i wanted to get the soup and i realise that there is no more cream of chicken, checkEd with the staff and they say that there is no more therefore no choice got to drink the vegetable soup which i seldom drink but anyway there is no more veggie soup so got to wait for them to refill. The staff ask if we want to change the sop to salad and is free of charge but we nbever change that. End up we cancel our baked rice meal and wait for around 10 mintues or so, the soup was been refilled and we went to get our soup. drink le no people tell me if the cancellation of the baked rice meal is in the process and i wanted to order another side dishes and what happen is that after 15 mintues the person take the reciept with the pizza meal order on it and i told her that i wanted the side dishes and she look unhappy but the problem is that i had not told them that i want to add on some side dish they just go off when they hear that i want to cancel my baked rice. So that not my problem. eat and eat. The worst is this part. One of the staff was trying to arrange the table for 6 and she push the table and one of those bottle dry chillies that is on the table dropped to the floor and to my surprise, i saw her put it back to the table with a relief sigh and she knew that i saw it all she do is that she smile at me as though nothing happen. I was so stunned. What services is this? Thing drop on the floor and put it back to the table. There might be dirt on the table and without cleaning it off, she just put it back and let the customer eat the dirt. What if i drop my pizza and ask her to eat? How will she felt? Within the next 5mintues, What happen is that i saw one of the kitchen staff bring a pot of soup out from the kitchen and I walked over and saw that it is cream of chicken. The staff told me that there is no more soup of the chicken for the day and there it is. She could just tell me that i had to wait for an hour or so for the soup and she could give me her suggestion right? did she? no. They should also know that when the cream of chicken is low, they should have inform the kitchen crew to prepared so that there is alway cream of chicken there unless it is about closing time then is ok but i went during dinner time ok. I was so stunned and disappointed with the services that i got. Why is there such services in here? can't believe it..

wah.. waht a SUPER BAD SERIVCE THEY SERVE !!! y din u complain to their manager if i will u i will striaght away complain to e store manager ON E SPOT or sent an email to e HR later =( n also of cause i will take dwn e staff who serve us her/his name e time we go into e store.. haizz i swear i will not went there anymore e next time!!!!
