SORRY FRIENDS II
After class yesterday went to my service provider customer service there and make a complain about the sms that i should have received it a week ago and nothing has been done. I told myself die die also need them to get me those sms but the person who served me is actually someone who had served me before the other time when i was there and what happen is that i told her what happen and she check on the system all this and the report made by their engineer and told me that they can't send me any of the sms as those sms is not found in the server anymore. At that time, i suddenly remember one of ah Pek lesSon about backing up of data. So i ask if they had any backup system all this and her reply is that she can't really advice me as she is not an expert in this line and she not really sure and even though she ask the engineer again, they will also give back the same reply. I was thinking why do they actually delete it off from the server when i made a report to them within 24 hours and i really do not believe that they don't have back up. she also told me that if in the case that the sim card is lost, they will stop the line and those sms that was send to them, they will be able to receive it once the line is been activated. I made a report and shouldn't they do the same thing to my line too? Maybe should go write a letter and ask them to reply. Pay so much a month and yet this kind of thing can happen. Maybe should consider changing my mobile service provider. after all i did gain something from them but is not worth the sms that i did not received as I believe that there are at least a few regarding work matter and i did not reply to them. felt so bad about it as some of them do not call and check stuff with me but they sms me to check all this but who know i did not reply. They also won't be able to read this blog so i also don't know who sms me. Will get a way for my mobile service provider to answer me about this.*p/s: please do not tag the name of my mobile service provider that i using (if you know) as i do not want to spoil their name or have any misunderstanding with other people as they had their own supporter. If you want to know i don't mind to tell you all, but IM me as I not going to say the name in my blog here. Thanks!*
