NEWS UPDATE!!!
NEWS UPDATE...Was looking at channel news asia and Today online and have not get to see the news yet therefore i going to update it now. Thought of updating it yesterday night but who know my internet was down.
Was at tampines mrt platform at around 6.23pm yesterday and while waiting for the next train to arrive which is 4 minutes later, what happen is that i saw the train coming and i continued to sms and i heard the loud bell or rather horn sound which usually mean that there is people not standing behind the yellow line and what happen is that i did not look up from my phone and less than 3 sec there is a suddenly break and i looked up and i saw a girl somewhere beside me going to faint but there an auntie helping her and i was like ok. she not feeling well and then the train door did not open and i then realized that the train stopped half way and what happen is that i realized that someone drop into the track.The next thing i know is that the MRT staff come up and hunt for the body all this and keep asking people to stand behind the yellow line. those that is in the train are ask to get out of the train using the emergency exit. At that point of time i late for my appointment and next i thought of this is a thing that not all people will get to see and i remember that i am a blogger therefore i took my handphone out and took some photo of the scene but i never to take the crowd there. By the way the girl who almost fainted went off she looked pale and i guess she saw what happen and it is a waste that i did not get hold of her as she is the eye witness for this accident but there is some other people who saw it and the staff did take down their contact no. Hope that girl is fine now. she is a working adult and it really scared her. It was lucky that i was Sms-ing at that point of time if not i be the one fainted there and not able to be here blogging about the accident. There this announcement on the screen.
Awhile later saw 2 policeman come up and finally the fireman or what i don't know what are they as they look like they are fireman to me come and they use the touchlight and start to shine under the track and let see how they do it.
finally the picture above show where the person is found. is at there. and guess what. The person was actually at the back of the platform and he flew quite a distance. Look at the picture below and the arrow. It is like around 1/2 a train distance or so.
above is the picture showing how the MRT staff did in an emergency. put on the jacket and start to do what i not sure. I did saw the ambulance came but did not manage to get a picture of it as the other platform got a train and that train will stop at tampines and return to boon lay so we had to board that train. I left the place around 6.50pm or so. It took less than 30mintues for the replacement train to arrive. when i alight from my station, this is what i saw. there no train in service.
Don't ask me why the person ended in the track or even who the person is as in girl or guy how old all this. Reason been, i had not seen it. If i had seen it, i will be scared out of hell. When i was at the platform i thought of going to the end but thinking i should go to the middle of the train but the problem is that there is alot of people so what happen is that i was don't want to be there so i remain at where i was at. it was lucky if not i going to witness it and i had not idea what going to happen.
