DouGhnut day.
Yesterday was at home almost the whole day. Guess what i do at home? I bake or rather i would say fry doughnut. Ya..It is made by me alone. Below are some of the picture that i took while making it.
I wear glove ok..so that my nail polish will not be gone. Nice shape? Quite hard to make this shape ok without proper tools available at my home. Took at hard time to make the shape
After cutting the shape out, it is ready to goes into the pan. Somemore i using frying pan and not wok. This is the first trail for frying. And it look like sotong right? Don't forget that i a sotong that why i will make a sotong out. Lol..
It turn out too dark is due to the heat. Must maintain the heat at the correct temperature and guess how long it took me to complete everything? it took me a whole afternoon to do this. around 3 hours of getting everything done. actually can do it at a faster speed if i will to use the machine to knead the dough but i didn't while making it, i suddenly though of making mee hoon kuay. so long never cook that already. miss it alot. Must find a day and make it. Anyway, after that, i put in a container as in those that when we packed food back from outside those and i pack into 2 container. 1 container is make nicely and the other one i hide it elsewhere. the nicely packed want i lie to mum that me and dad went to buy from somewhere and she at first bite say so hard, i say is not hard is crispy and she saw me smiling and saw not buy want right. but i keep deny and say that is buy want then she like believe. Lol. If i don't smile and have a good acting and baking skill sure can want. Must find a day to ah ma house to take baking stuff. Lol.. I wanna learn how to bake cookies but i need a oven. Think maybe can buy one and use it and bake thing so that next year chinese new year don't need to buy cookies just bake it myself. if i will to have an oven and now start baking, i think i still got time to do it. Actually can ask ah ma to teach a few of the cookies too. too bad my mum is a
